I am a registered nurse with a background in Home health, Medical surgical nursing and geriatrics. I graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1976. I received my masters in nursing education from the University of Mobile, Al. in 2006. I have seen many changes i not only the healthcare profession but Medicare as well in the last thirty some odd years and continually strive to learn something new on a daily basis.
I enjoy writing about the things I know best and whatever new developments I come across. I hope you want to stay and learn a bit as well as contibute if you desire.
I live in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona with my best friend, husband,lover and am very glad he and I are more in love every day. We have two children who are adults with lives of their own and we love them very much.
